Our terms and conditions to all retail transactions with www.coastercraft.co.uk are set out below.

Price and Payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund as long as the order is not at the processing stage.

Under the circumstance that you receive an email and the order is now being processed we will not refund you as the order has been started personally for you. 

Availability

All orders are accepted subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, or we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and advise of a delivery date if available. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods and should you wish to cancel.

Delivery

Currently we only ship orders to the United Kingdom. For European and Worldwide destinations please contact us. We make every effort to dispatch your order within 3-5 days of us receiving your order. Please note we are the manufacturer and sometimes we may not have your item in stock. We will notify you if there is a delay. If you would like us to deliver to an alternative address please indicate this on your order form. Will notify all customers via email when your item has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the dispatch date, customers should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.

Damaged Items

Should any of your items arrive damaged please notify us within 48 hours. Our contact details can be found here.

Returns Policy

We want you to have confidence when you buy from us and part of our service is our returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 10 days and you can exchange for another item or have a full refund. We can arrange for a courier to collect for £8.99 (UK only). For other destinations please contact us.

Sales and Discounts

Coaster Craft reserve the right to revoke sales and discounts whenever required. Coaster Craft also reserve the right to cancel orders where foul play is suspected such as using discount codes that were expired or trying to cheat a sales requirements. We reserve the right to IP block any customer suspected of trying to fraud Coaster Craft and will report them to the relevant authorities. Discount codes are distributed by Coaster Craft only.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Bespoke Design Terms and Conditions

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error we will advise you about it as soon as possible. Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our products dimensions and finish may vary to a small degree.

Bespoke design items are not covered by the terms and conditions above and are available upon request. If you would like to request these Terms and Conditions for bespoke designs please contact us.

Data Protection

To comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our data base for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with Coaster Craft news. Your name and address will not be given or sold to third parties. Please let us know if you object to our keeping this information and we will delete it.

Many of the designs are manufactured exclusively for us and the copyright of all images and designs shown on this website belong to Coaster Craft and are not authorised to be used elsewhere other than coastercraft.co.uk.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by our licensors or us.
